Implementation and evaluationof apple pollen tube growth models

Summary: Our overall goal for 2012-14 was to collaborate with Washington State University and Washington Tree Fruit Research Commission to validate and implement pollen tube growth models for the most important commercial apple cultivars and to have those models generated in real-time through the AgWeatherNet portal (www.weather.wsu.edu).
