Sensory and consumer acceptance of advanced apple breeding selections

Summary: The overall objective of this study is to characterize the sensory properties of newly developed selections from WSU Apple Breeding Program (WABP) and determine the preference of these various apple selections. The sensory properties of these apple selections will then be related to consumer acceptance.
