An automated device for rapid and accurate rating of fruit size and color

Summary: The primary goal of this research was to develop and prove a concept of automated fruit rating in terms of color and size. On this concept development stage, we used cherry fruit as an example in performing this possibility study in a laboratory environment. Four specific research objectives were conducted to achieve this goal.
