Summary: The objectives of this project were: 1. Develop orchard-level enterprise budgets for tree fruits, in particular, sweet cherries, organic apples (Gala), Honeycrisp apple, Anjou pear and Bartlett pear; 2. Develop a procedure for representing and analyzing costs of activities beyond the orchard level; and 3. Interact with the tree fruit industry and other Pacific Northwest university researchers.
