Fruit Maturity Assessment of Various Fuji Apple Strains

Summary: This project determined indicators of physiological development of apples at harvest, found that Fuji apples produced in Washington are susceptible to CO2 injury in storage, and that under optimal conditions, fuji can be stored for up to nine months.
