Auxin and ethylene dynamics in the abscission zone

Author: Steve van Nocker

Published: 2008

Summary: The objective of this project was to test this model through a methodical characterization of auxin and ethylene signaling components in the flower and fruit abscission layers, and to analyze the effects of cultural practices (including application of bloom and postbloom thinners) and environment on the interactions between auxin and ethylene signaling components.
