Summary: This projects objectives were 1) Elucidate the cell metabolic mechanisms and pre/post harvest factors affecting the development of BJMt durin ripening of pears. 2) Study pre/postharvest factors influencing the CRRC of pears. 3) Develop conditioning protocols for 1-MCP treated Anjou pear.
