Efficient strategy to diagnose important virus disease of fruit trees

Summary: The objectives of this project were: 1) Validate use of RPA for the detection of Little cherry virus 2. 2) Develop RPA for the rusty mottle group of cherry viruses, a complex group of viruses that moves into cherry orchards from surrounding native vegetation. 3) Develop RPA for the identification of apple stem pitting virus associated with green crinkle disease.
