Influence of Evaporative Cooling on Fruit Development of Fuji Apples

Summary: This study measured the effects of evaporative cooling application rates on skin and core temperatures, fruit and tree growth, fruit quality, photosynthetic capacity, leaf gas exchange, and water relations. In addition, the effects of fruit bagging were explored.
