Summary: The objectives of this project were: 1. To develop and evaluate practical strategies for manipulating sweet cherry crop load and maximizing fruit quality. 2. To investigate whole-tree source-sink relations. 3. Investigate the effects of postharvest defoliation on whole-tree physiology and fruit yield and quality.
